Compassion, Respect, and Dignity are Eliminated from the Republican party
By M Roscoe Edwards
America used to expect its leaders to be dignified adults. It appears the Republican party is 100% behind that mentally immature antagonist Mr. Trump. President Reagan, President Bush, and President Obama all brought dignity to the office.
Mr. Trump has no dignity. He has no shame. He acts like a spoiled rich child. His tantrums have become acceptable behavior to the Republicans and they follow him like whipped dogs following their master. The new right has come to see compassion and good manners as signs of weakness.
Mr. Trump rules less like a president but more like a little dictator in office for life. Rancor and mockery are his favorite crutches. Mr. Trump is an unsophisticated thug. He does not have the mental capacity or the humanity required for the highest office in the land.
His disciples say, "Oh that's just his way." Mr Trump's crude machinations are reminiscent of Hitler.
Mr Trump's mocking of Dr. Ford (a victim of violence) brings shame on the Presidency. Proving his lack of humanity. Is this still America? Is Mr Trump what America now stands for, a crueler more vulgar fascist state? The Republicans will follow Mr Trump the Hell. Do they have to drag America down too?
